Larry J. Plundo​, D.O.-- RETIRED 7/2023

 

Larry J Plundo D.O. is a community-minded physician who chose to establish his medical practice in Greensburg, PA where he was born and raised. He is a married man, proud father and grandfather to 4 children and 10 grandchildren.

 

Dr. Plundo attended Greensburg Salem high school and the University of Pittsburgh before earning his medical degree from the Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery located in Des Moines, Iowa.

 

Dr. Larry co-founded the practice and began in 1980. In July of 2023 he retired from our practice to spend more time treating patients enrolled in Bridges Hospice.

Michael N. Plundo, D.O.​

 

Dr. Michael Plundo is a 2007 graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his family medicine residency at Latrobe Area Hospital where he was Chief resident in 2009 - 2010.

 

Mike grew up in Greensburg, PA where he attended Hempfield Area High School before completing his undergraduate degree in Biology at Penn State University.

 

Dr. Plundo lives in Greensburg, Unity Twp with his wife, Sherri, and their 4 children.  He enjoys live sports and live music. He volunteers coaching youth sports and with the Boy Scouts of America.

Dr. Mike has been employed by the practice since 2010.

Nicholas R. Gross, D.O.​

 

Dr. Nicholas Gross is a 2008 graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Latrobe Area Hospital in 2011.

​

Nick was born and raised in the Irwin/ North Huntingdon area. He graduated from Norwin High School in 1999 and currently lives in the district with his wife, Michelle, and two dogs.

​

He completed his undergraduate degrees at the University of Pittsburgh in 2004, majoring in Biology and Psychology.

​

He is an avid Liverpool Football Club and Pittsburgh Penguins fan.  He enjoys traveling and all things Disney.  

​

Dr. Nick has been employed by Plundo Medical Association since 2011.  With Dr. Gross, you'll never walk alone.
